Primary Function The Engineering Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing the organization's engineering systems, including PDM, PLM, and CAD platforms. This role partners with Engineering and IT to support engineering change processes, product data governance, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Administer and support Autodesk Vault Professional and Autodesk Fusion Manage.Configure and maintain PDM, PLM, and engineering applications.Support engineering change management, document control, revision management, and BOM processes.Develop and enhance workflows, permissions, forms, and system configurations.Drive product data governance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.Support integration between PLM/PDM, ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate upgrades and enhancements.Train and support users to improve system adoption and efficiency.Partner with Engineering and IT to identify and implement process improvements.Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business objectives. Job Requirements Engineering or engineering systems background.Experience with PDM, PLM, and/or CAD systems.Experience configuring enterprise software applications.Strong understanding of engineering change management, BOMs, document control, and revision management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Autodesk Fusion Manage and Autodesk Vault Professional preferred.Experience with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD preferred.Experience with PLM/PDM solutions such as Windchill, Teamcenter, ENOVIA, SOLIDWORKS PDM, or similar platforms.Experience with CoolOrange PowerJobs or similar automation tools preferred.Experience with JavaScript and PowerShell for system configuration, customization, and automation.Experience with workflow automation and ERP/CAD integrations.Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft 365 applications, including Office and Visio.Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, IT, and cross-functional business teams.
