Engineering Specialist L1

Qualifications

• Level of studies: Bac+5 Engineer or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in automotive or similar area
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications from YAZAKI drawings and share relevant information with the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) to ensure proper reflection on the production line.
• Ensure timely data preparation and sharing across all project phases in alignment with project milestones.
• Perform wire tuning activities at each phase of the project.
• Participate in, support the coordination of, and contribute to the implementation of new projects.
• Manage and report on Production Preparation KPIs.
• Absorb and comply with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements (IATF 16949), adhere to YEL/YMOK procedures, and apply all work standards and rules related to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and 5S practices.
• Absorb and ensure that the plant has the capability to meet customer requirements (CR).
