About the role
Cintal is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Sales Engineering, this position will focus on driving profitable growth in topline revenue while building strong relationships with key stakeholders, executive sponsors, and C-level leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including C-Level leadership
- Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to provide tailored solutions for customer growth
- Partner with customers to identify and address their business needs and objectives
- Develop and operationalize scalable go-to-market strategies for partner ecosystems
- Create and refine GTM processes for new products, features, and services
- Collaborate with partners to co-create solutions and services that benefit both organizations
- Identify and propose innovative solutions to customer problems, aligning with company strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans that support the company's vision and key performance metrics
- Communicate the company's value proposition, technology, and current partnerships effectively
- Identify new trends and technologies to define and create new service offerings or tailor existing ones
- Manage leads and anticipate customer needs to deliver the right solutions
- Develop and negotiate agreements and contracts with customers and internal personnel
- Drive sales and engineering delivery teams to achieve deal closures and project deliveries
- Create and maintain 360-degree partnerships with customers to ensure organizational goals are met
- Detail strategic initiatives and identify customer needs for integrated solutions across multiple horizontals
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales engineering experience in the Heavy equipment or Automotive industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field
