About the Role

Teradyne Solution Engineering Group (SEG)’s Program Management Office (PMO) is hiring a Project Manager in the central PMO team. This position provides project management guidance and oversight for Semiconductor ATE applications test solution projects defined for global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex cross-functional integration for projects involving Teradyne, key customers, project engineering, and global applications field teams across multiple worldwide regions (Asia, Europe, and North America).
  • Ensure project management best practices and processes are applied.
  • Conduct project reviews to ensure execution meets expectations and gaps are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate communication at all levels within the project team and with the customer.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional and regional integration issues.
  • Synthesize project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders, Teradyne senior management, and customers.
  • Identify when issues need escalation and manage those issues to closure.
  • Partner with regional managers and project owners to identify and ensure closure on resource and skill gaps.

Requirements

  • BS or above in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • More than 8 years of project management experience in integrated software and hardware products/projects within the R&D or Applications engineering environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Good organizational and communication skills, including the ability to foster communication within the project team.
  • Prior experience managing project teams located in multiple geographic locations.
  • Experience in developing and standardizing project management processes.
  • Background experience in the ATE industry is a strong advantage.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or international relocation.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $140,500 to $224,800. The amount will correspond with experience and skill set and may fluctuate depending on demand and location. This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
