About the role

Responsible for managing engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring project success within budget and timeline constraints. Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout, collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Lead project teams in executing tasks and resolving issues
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Prepare project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience with project risk management and mitigation
• Knowledge of engineering standards and regulations
