Engineering Project Manager

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage engineering workflows from project intake through production release
• Cross-functional communication between Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations
• Lead development and implementation of engineering stage-gate and handoff processes
• Maintain engineering schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning activities
• Facilitate engineering review meetings and track action items to completion
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and performance metrics for engineering projects
• Identify project risks, scheduling conflicts, and process gaps and escalate issues as appropriate
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering operations, project execution, and organizational scalability
• Partner with leadership to support operational planning and organizational scalability

QUALIFICATIONS

• Work Experience: 8+years of engineering or technical project management, or operational leadership experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams and complex technical projects
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational workflows preferred
• PREFERRED SKILLS: Project Management Professional (PMP), Strong project management and organizational skills, Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, Experience with engineering workflows, handoff processes, and scheduling coordination, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or related technical discipline preferred
