Engineering Project Manager

What You'll Do

• Own $1MM+ capital projects from scope/URS through design, construction, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validated turnover
• Act as the technical authority for process, facility, and utility systems
• Support new product scale-up and capacity expansions
• Troubleshoot and improve systems in an aging, complex GMP facility
• Drive work through change control, CQV, and structured problem-solving

Must-Have Background

• 5+ years in pharma, biologics, or FDA-regulated manufacturing
• Hands-on CQV experience (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Capital project ownership (not just participation)
• Experience with process & clean utilities (WFI/RO, clean steam, HVAC, etc.)
• B.S. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering strongly preferred

About the Role

This is not a coordinator role. The ideal candidate is a technical subject matter expert who personally diagnoses problems, makes design decisions, and owns projects end-to-end — not someone who relies on consultants to do the technical thinking.
