About the role
A leading medical technologies company seeks an experienced Engineering Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex capital equipment and manufacturing transformation projects from concept through production launch, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Cook up with engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, sourcing, facilities, and leadership teams for project alignment.
- Maintain project performance, proactively identify risks/issues, and implement resolutions.
- Manage equipment suppliers, contractors, and external partners, overseeing design reviews, FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate validation activities including URS development, IQ/OQ/PQ, and process qualifications.
- Develop and track capital expenditure requests, project budgets, and financial justifications.
- Support manufacturing strategy initiatives, automation programs, and capacity expansion projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related technical field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience leading capital equipment, manufacturing, or engineering projects.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with external equipment suppliers and contractors.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Must be legally able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Schedule
