Engineering Project Manager

As our new Engineering Project Manager, you will be managing the end-to-end delivery of medium complexity engineering projects, from order fulfilment through to after-sales, ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing profitable outcomes. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Project Engineering team, you'll create impact by driving successful project delivery that strengthens customer relationships and directly contributes to Grundfos's reputation for engineering excellence. Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage multiple medium complexity projects simultaneously using SAP SD, SAP PS, and Grundfos project execution processes to deliver on time, cost, and quality
- Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure alignment of service levels and supply agreements throughout project lifecycles
- Prepare submittal packages and compile handover documentation in line with agreed standards, while managing risk and opportunities across the project portfolio
- Liaise with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless project delivery
- Support monthly KPI analysis, action planning, and reporting to track project goals and drive continuous improvement
- Have strong knowledge of product features, advantages, and benefits and be able to professionally represent these to a customer
- Assist Health & Safety and quality teams with auditing and assessing sub-suppliers to maintain Grundfos standards
Requirements
Above all, you are a detail-oriented project management professional with strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering multiple engineering projects in dynamic environments.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related field, with 3-4 years of experience delivering technically complex projects on time, cost, and quality
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2) and tools such as SAP PS
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium complexity projects simultaneously while engaging diverse stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP R/3, SAP CRM, or Business Warehouse
Preferred qualifications
- Background in financial management, change management, and credit control processes
- Experience working with ERP-based order fulfilment and e-trading platforms
Pay
The salary range for this position is $73,100 to $112,100 per year. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate's profile.
