Engineering Project Manager
What's the Job?
Lead cross-functional teams in complex engineering projects across multiple product lines.
Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
Identify project risks, escalate issues, and communicate status effectively to stakeholders.
Cook up with team members to define, monitor, and manage project deliverables.
Provide regular reports on project progress and team performance to leadership.
What's Needed?
- B.S. degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing.
- 2-5 years of experience in matrix management and leading small teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Strong communication skills and ability to evaluate and adapt engineering techniques independently.
- Technical background with knowledge of engineering principles and familiarity with medical device regulations is preferred.
