About the role

The Engineering Project Manager is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations of our clients run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team would have construction, technology, or customer service experience, although this is not a requirement. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Support:
    • Manage team meeting schedule
    • Participate in meetings and perform scribe responsibilities
    • Maintain team action list and organization chart
    • Follow up with action items to ensure delivery expectations
  • Comms Support:
    • Support status updates and maintain presentation templates
    • Create documentation for leadership as well as peer consumption
    • Create a clear and concise communication plan
  • Document Control:
    • Organize team repository site and create process documentation
    • Cookordinate project deliverables and maintain version control
  • Additional Duties:
    • Track and report on workstreams
    • Perform data collection and investigation
    • Support team objectives partner with Program manager to develop processes in alignment with the EPM ecosystem
    • Support Engineering Program Management (EPM) initiatives across cross-functional construction, engineering, and technology workstreams
    • Assist with organizational change management activities related to construction processes, operational workflows, and technology adoption
    • Partner with stakeholders to drive process improvements, standardization efforts, and operational efficiencies across project teams
    • Utilize AI-enabled productivity and reporting tools to improve documentation, meeting outputs, status reporting, and workflow coordination
    • Support adoption of emerging technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and AI-assisted operational processes within the EPM ecosystem

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting architecture, engineering and/or construction teams.
    • Experience in G-suite, SharePoint, BIM360, P6, ACC
    • Demonstrated capability to lead decisively in challenging and intricate environments
    • Proven ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams towards successful delivery, even without formal authority
    • Quick adaptability to rapidly grasp and excel in new technical projects
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and proven ability to adapt well and work with various team styles
    • Basic knowledge in data center engineering or construction
    • Exceptional communication skills and ability to tailor communication to your stakeholders
    • Working knowledge of LEAN tools (choosing by advantage, Last Planner / Pull Planning, Gemba, Kanban)
    • Ability to work with a remote and geographically dispersed team (multiple time zones)
    • General understanding of Engineering Program Management (EPM) principles, project coordination, and cross-functional delivery practices
    • Baseline familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar enterprise AI solutions
    • Experience supporting process improvement, operational change management, or construction workflow transformation initiatives preferred
    • Able to adapt quickly to emerging technologies and support teams through evolving tools and business processes
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively across stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
    • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
    • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
    • Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting construction change management, operational transformation, or digital adoption initiatives
    • Exposure to AI-assisted reporting, automation tools, or data-driven project coordination workflows
    • Experience in the Construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management
    • Experience in the Technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration
    • Experience in the Customer Service industry as it relates to software support
    • Experience with construction project management systems (i.e., Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, Newforma, etc.)

    Pay

    The pay range for this role is: 120,000 - 140,000 USD per year (United States)
