Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Systems teams to understand customer needs, equipment specs, and upgrade requirements.
- Review proposals, cost sheets, and contracts for accuracy and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with domestic and international teams to coordinate build schedules and technical details.
- Solidify product specifications requiring engineering knowledge and technical judgment.
- Support manufacturing teams during equipment buy-off and shipment preparation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
- Track changes, update timelines, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery.
- Document milestone meetings and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Participate in weekly contract reviews and cross-project planning sessions.
- Coordinate resources, suppliers, and engineering inputs to keep projects on track.
- Evaluate current project management practices and recommend improvements.
- Aid in the implementation and optimization of project management software.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience (engineering background ideal, open to construction management background).
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar).
- CAPM or similar certification preferred.
- Understanding of complex industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of project planning, risk evaluation, and mitigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and MS Project (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.

This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr. Stolle Machinery offers a comprehensive and highly-rated benefits package.
