Engineering Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Systems teams to understand customer needs, equipment specs, and upgrade requirements.
  • Review proposals, cost sheets, and contracts for accuracy and customer-specific requirements.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with domestic and international teams to coordinate build schedules and technical details.
  • Solidify product specifications requiring engineering knowledge and technical judgment.
  • Support manufacturing teams during equipment buy-off and shipment preparation.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or similar tools.
  • Track changes, update timelines, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery.
  • Document milestone meetings and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Participate in weekly contract reviews and cross-project planning sessions.
  • Coordinate resources, suppliers, and engineering inputs to keep projects on track.
  • Evaluate current project management practices and recommend improvements.
  • Aid in the implementation and optimization of project management software.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience (engineering background ideal, open to construction management background).
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar).
  • CAPM or similar certification preferred.
  • Understanding of complex industrial machinery.
  • Knowledge of project planning, risk evaluation, and mitigation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and MS Project (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Centennial, CO.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr. Stolle Machinery offers a comprehensive and highly-rated benefits package.
