You will lead hardware product development from concept to mass production, managing complex programs for sensor-rich, AI-driven consumer products. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and manufacturing partners in China to deliver category-defining technology that helps millions of people sleep better.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution of hardware programs from initial concept through EVT, DVT, PVT, and final mass production stages.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts between mechanical, electrical, thermal, and firmware teams to ensure technical alignment and operational excellence.
- Manage manufacturing partnerships and travel to China to unblock production, mitigate risks, and maintain aggressive delivery schedules.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in hardware technical program management.
- Proven track record of launching complex electromechanical consumer products and navigating the nuances of manufacturing in Asia.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup culture, possessing the technical fluency to lead deep engineering discussions and drive high-stakes trade-offs.
