Engineering Program Manager
About the role
The Engineering Program Manager at Rosendin is responsible for managing project budgets, tracking resource needs, and ensuring project timelines and customer satisfaction goals are met. Key responsibilities include preparing estimates, coordinating with team leads, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Assess scope of work, schedule, deliverables, and resources for projects
- Prepare and submit change orders (ECNs) and validate customer acceptance
- Track ECN status, budget, and funding
- Maintain and submit project EPCO Logs and budget tracking reports
- Update resource projections and distribute to team
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings
- Aid in the hiring and onboarding processes
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience within the construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office
- Experience in finance, scheduling, management, and engineering

Schedule
General work environment with occasional travel up to 10%. Working conditions include sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending, and interacting with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning. Noise levels are usually low to medium, but can be loud on the jobsite.
