Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing programs for the Knox product line
• Manage and coordinate the program delivery with the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) engineering team
• Own cost, schedule, and delivery performance across the Edge Compute Portfolio, serving as the primary point of accountability from order intake through hardware delivery and acceptance
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, manage production planning and throughput, coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing partners, and drive on-time delivery of certifiable mission-compute hardware to program commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related STEM discipline) or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in program or product line management within the defense, aerospace, or rugged electronics industry
• Demonstrated experience managing defense hardware manufacturing programs from production planning through customer delivery
• Strong background in AS9100 quality management systems, including audit experience, CAPA processes, FAI, and non-conformance management
• Experience in supply chain management for defense hardware programs, including supplier management, procurement planning, and BOM control
• Familiarity with Systems Engineering processes including requirements management, integration planning, design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR), and verification and validation
• Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams including systems, integration, and test engineers
• Experience in logistics management for defense hardware programs, including PHS&T, ITAR/EAR export compliance, inventory control, and serialized asset tracking
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to brief senior leadership, customers, and government stakeholders
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance; active clearance preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with defense acquisition, government contracting (FAR/DFARS), and program reviews
• Exposure to VPX/SOSA-aligned compute or avionics-class hardware
• PMP or equivalent certification
