Engineering Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of federal IT and digital services projects, ensuring alignment with agency missions and organizational goals.
• Coordinate portfolio planning, prioritization, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies across programs.
• Collaborate with government clients, executives, delivery teams, and other stakeholders to communicate status and resolve issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and delivery outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve execution and mission impact.
• Support adoption of modern software, cloud, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation solutions.
