What's the Job?
Manage multiple facility and capital projects from initiation through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, documentation, and status reports. Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Prepare RFP packages, gather vendor proposals, and provide award recommendations. Monitor project progress, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure projects remain on time and within budget.
What's Needed?
- 5–7 years of Project Management experience (facilities, construction, or capital projects preferred).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client-facing, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project documentation.
- PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
