Nearest Major Market: Columbia Nearest Secondary Market: South Carolina" We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate (the equal opportunity employer paragraph). Also remove duplicated lines? There's some duplication: "Execute project requirements and coordinate with appropriate personnel to plan/execute completion of the task." appears twice? Actually appears in Essential Functions and Duties & Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive info but can we deduplicate? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. So we need to detect duplicate sentences and keep only one instance. Let's list sections: - About the role / overview: The first paragraph about Lexington Health (description). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" heading and include description of Lexington Health and job summary? The job summary is separate but could be part of About the role. We'll include job summary under About the role. - Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities section. - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications etc. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we can combine? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including Minimum Qualifications, Required Certifications, etc.), Benefits. Possibly Skills? Could extract skills from duties but maybe not needed. Pay and Schedule: schedule is given: Full Time Day Shift 7am-3:30pm. That's schedule info. Pay not mentioned. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits section we have details. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule is stated: Full Time Day Shift 7am-3:30pm. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: described. We need to avoid headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now we need to remove duplicated lines. Let's extract content and deduplicate. First, About the role: combine description of Lexington Health and Job Summary. Lexington Health description: "Lexington Health is a comprehensive network of care that includes six community medical and urgent care centers, nearly 80 physician practices, more than 9,000 health care professionals and Lexington Medical Center, a 607-bed teaching hospital in West Columbia, South Carolina. Job Summary: "Performs a variety of skilled tasks which includes but is not limited to construction and maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment. Primary emphasis will be in the mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing fields." We can combine into a paragraph(s). No duplication. Now Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities block. Let's list sentences: "Operates a variety of tools and equipment indigenous to facilities construction and maintenance (such as pipe cutters, reamers, threading machines, sawzall, phase rotation meter, voltmeter, etc.)." "Navigate computerizes work order software to retrieve, comment, document time, and close out work orders appropriately." "Assists as assigned with construction projects where his/her expertise is needed." "Works as a team member to ensure both hospital and work area safety at all times and in accordance with infection control requirements." "Trains, instructs, and directs helpers and coworkers and as assigned, assists other trades in building maintenance operations." "Head work teams on projects as assigned by manager." "Maintains skills current industry trends." "Execute project requirements and coordinate with appropriate personnel to plan/execute completion of the task." "Knowledgable of hospital specific life safety codes and requiements for building components. Including but not limited to fire doors, fire caulking, exit lights, etc.." "Maintains an optimistic and professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers." "Shows courtesy, compassion and respect." "Conforms to Service Excellence Policy and "House Rules"." "Ensure Hazardous Waste or Hazardous Waste Pharmaceuticals are discarded, stored, and managed with other compatible waste streams in containers that are properly labeled and closed prior to being shipped offsite for proper disposal." "Initial RCRA training is received within 6 months of the hire date and continuing with annual RCRA training." "Performs such other duties as assigned by authorized personnel or as required in an emergency, e.g., fire or disaster." Also there is earlier Essential Functions block with many similar sentences; we need to avoid duplication. Many of those sentences appear also in Essential Functions. We need to deduplicate across the whole posting. So we should combine Essential Functions
