Responsibilities
- Lead client teams, including projects, programs, and people, both within the firm and in client relationships.
- Manage Designers and Professionals on a day-to-day basis, setting priorities within the group.
- Deliver high-quality construction documents and project management to clients.
- Collaborate with Senior Team Leads, Executives, and other Team Leads to ensure the company operates as a single enterprise.
- Demonstrate strong financial understanding and work with Senior Team Leads/Executives to accurately report financial performance of clients.
- Work with Senior Team Leads or Executives to determine team structure and talent needs.
- Participate in Marketing and Business Development alongside Executives or Senior Team Leads.
Job Duties
- Report to Senior Team Lead or Executive to implement and guide client direction as set by the Board of Directors and CEO/COO.
- Set budgets for clients and projects, ensuring client programs are profitable.
- Ensure high-level Project Delivery Excellence, QA for projects, and effective communication with clients, team, and management.
- Execute or review contracts for clients, following the Contract Signing Protocol in the Knowledge Base.
- Collaborate effectively with all project team members, exemplifying HFA culture and high-level collaboration.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Support and use standard procedures and processes.
- Engage with the team using 15five for weekly check-ins, BSRs, and 1-on-1s.
- Conduct or participate in regular team meetings.
- Work with People & Culture to create onboarding schedules.
- Oversee training or delegate training for new and current team members, tracking progress.
- Assign and track LinkedIn Learning paths.
- Communicate Work From Abroad (WFA) requests or relocations to Senior Team Lead or VP.
- Assess staffing/hiring needs with Senior Team Lead/VP based on projects and workload.
- Actively participate in leadership groups/meetings and communicate updates to the team.
- Support engagement efforts, training, and learning opportunities.
- Model HFA Shared Values and encourage team members to do the same.
- Support BIMbassador activities and team members.
- Provide input and approval for monthly projections, progress reporting, and team member goals.
- Submit, review, and approve client invoicing and assist with follow-up for uncollected payments.
- Provide guidance and approval for team travel requests, equipment upgrades, software, professional development, and timesheet corrections.
- Communicate team structure changes, name changes, or title changes via the Studio Changes Request form.
- Create and revise business plans annually.
- Create, communicate, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when needed.

Requirements
- 4+ staff and/or lead developing client(s).
- Undergraduate or higher education preferred.
- Licensure preferred.
