Engineering Manager - Servicing & Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers to foster career growth through targeted development plans
• Provide architectural oversight for scalable, high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with product teams to define roadmaps and ensure effective problem-solving

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience, particularly in high-volume transactional environments
• 3+ years of leadership experience directly managing engineering teams
• Strong expertise in service-oriented and microservice architectures, especially in reliability and data integrity
• Proficient with cloud-native solutions and infrastructure as code, particularly on AWS
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful features
• Familiarity with AI tools in engineering processes and their application to workflows
