Engineering Manager - NPD for Air-Cooled Chillers

New Product Development Engineering Manager

Responsible for leading an agile engineering team supporting Commercial HVAC scroll and screw compressor chillers.

• Drive new product development, enhancements, and product line extensions to meet business goals.
• Collaborate globally to accelerate product development and launches.
• Establish engineering practices supporting NPD activities and manage product design, ensuring compliance and performance standards.
• Prioritize personnel skills development, implement visual management, and manage team dynamics.
• Coordinate international travel as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field with 7+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Effective global collaborator, self-motivated leader, and mentor in chiller systems and project management.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in HVAC equipment design/support and leading cross-functional teams.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $142,500–$198,555
