Engineering Manager- Linear Motion System

Engineering Manager Linear Motion Systems Eligibility- USC /GC (ONLY) Location: Bethel, CT (Onsite) The Engineering Manager will lead engineering projects from concept through production, overseeing the design, development, and improvement of linear motion products, assemblies, and systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required; advanced degree/certifications preferred. Experience: 5 10 years in manufacturing, automation, motion control, or linear motion systems; 3+ years in engineering leadership preferred. Technical SkillsKnowledge of linear motion products, bearings, actuators, and motion control applications. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, or equivalent CAD/CAM software. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (M2M or similar). Understanding of machining, assembly, and quality control processes. Professional Skills:Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Effective collaboration with customers, suppliers, and cross functional teams. Physical Requirements Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. Occasional travel to customer sites, suppliers, or industry events.
