Engineering Manager - Forecasting & Scheduling
About the role
The role involves setting technical direction and making product decisions for Forecasting and Scheduling, a fullstack product team that builds algorithms and user experiences for support organizations. The team works closely with Product Managers, designers, Machine Learning Engineers, and the GTM team to determine what to build, and collaborates directly with customers to implement changes.
Responsibilities
- Set technical direction and make product decisions for Forecasting and Scheduling
- Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, ML engineers, and the GTM team to determine what to build
- Work directly with customers to implement changes that improve how support orgs operate
- Reimagine Workforce Management for the AI era
- Build products that span deep technical work and the user-facing aspects of the product
- Ensure the team delivers value to customers quickly and effectively
- Promote technical investment and raise the engineering bar
- Deploy AI in ways that compound, without creating unnecessary cleanup
