Engineering Manager, Destinations
About the role
We’re looking for a talented, curious, and motivated engineering manager to lead our engineering team that manages our 300+ destination integrations. This role would involve a mix of leadership and hands-on engineering.
Responsibilities
Managing our 300+ integrations: We get tens of requests for new destinations and even more requests to add functionality to our existing integrations. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing these requests to balance enabling immediate deals with longer-term business strategy and engineering improvements.
Sync speed: Customers want to sync large volumes of data to a diverse set of destinations (HTTP APIs, file transfers, data warehouses), each with its own limitations. We need to ensure that we’re maximizing our performance via a combination of parallelism, batching, rate-limit detection, and algorithmic optimizations.
AI developer productivity and enablement: How can rapid advances in AI help us ship faster and with higher quality?

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
