Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Salesforce team focused on AI
• Collaborate with Product to define technical strategy and architecture
• Deliver reliable solutions for GTM and CS&O workflows
• Enhance platform and architecture to improve delivery speed
• Establish robust development processes for the team
• Leverage Agentforce to boost productivity and customer outcomes
• Make informed decisions on build versus buy capabilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce engineering teams
• Hands-on software engineering background with strong architectural knowledge
• Familiarity with Salesforce tools like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Proficient in deploying AI coding agents in a professional environment
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
