Engineering Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ~20 engineers (frontend, backend, and API specialists).
• Accountability for your team’s results, including velocity, quality, service monitoring, etc.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Designers to align technical goals with business outcomes.
• Acting as the point of contact for the L3 support, and owning the resolution.
• Driving the engineering hiring plan for the team, including screening and interviewing.
• Working within an Agile framework, with a focus on results over process.
• Reducing complexity both of system designs and of team communication.
• Coaching and code reviews for team members.
