About the role
The Engineering Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the City Engineering Department, focusing on professional services related to capital improvement projects and private development projects.
Responsibilities
- Manages the engineering department to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Oversees capital improvement projects and private development projects.
- Works under the direction of the Public Works Director.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or a closely related field (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Four (4) years or more of experience in public infrastructure project design and/or construction project management.
- Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
