About the role
Camber is looking for engineering leaders who want to make healthcare more accessible and affordable. In this role, you’ll help us build and scale engineering teams, influence culture, and define the company’s technical and product direction.
What you'll do
- Drive company-wide initiatives, pushing forward the company’s technical and product direction
- Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity, reliability, and simplicity
- Provide structure and guidance to help engineers grow and develop new skills
- Champion engineering team culture, cultivating spaces that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Uphold security requirements and maintain compliance with HIPAA security regulations

- An ability to identify problems, build alignment, and execute solutions with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
