Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and discipline.
- Develop and implement new strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive the implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Mentor and coach the engineering team, promoting professional growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize your expertise in industrial manufacturing and metal fabrication to guide team projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the design and development of new products, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Requirements
- 15-20+ years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in industrial manufacturing.
- Extensive experience in ERP systems, including implementation and management.
- Knowledge of bill of material structures and new product development.
- Proficiency in metal fabrication, including steel, aluminum, welding, forming, and assembly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach a team.
- Experience with 3D design and CAD software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience in work truck, HVAC, electrical, or switchgear industries is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement new engineering strategies.
- Strong sense of urgency and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $84.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
