Engineering Manager

Role Overview

This position reports to: Director Engineering & Services

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of technical automation solutions according to customer requirements and participates in customer meetings to drive growth and expand existing projects.
• Allocates resources effectively, balancing workload and ensuring optimal team productivity.
• Oversees project planning, execution, and closure to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while managing technical risks.
• Drives team performance to ensure deliverables are met on time and in line with contract specifications, safety, cybersecurity, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 8+ years of Engineering experience OR equivalent years of experience required; 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Proven expertise in project and engineering risk management, with the ability to apply agile methodologies, design thinking, and data-driven insights to solve complex problems and drive effective decision-making
• Strong leadership and people development skills combined with the ability to provide technical consulting, coaching, and guidance
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time; Valid Passport with no barriers is required
