Lead the Accounting engineering squad, the mission-critical engine room managing capital calls, distributions, and NAV calculations for billions in assets. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-density squad of engineers, cultivating a culture of strong ownership, technical excellence, and belonging.
- Drive critical architecture decisions and ship code daily for complex systems involving ledgers, reconciliations, and financial compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical direction and ensure the delivery of high-quality, battle-tested financial infrastructure.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams (3-8 people) with a proven track record of shipping in high-stakes environments.
- Deep domain expertise in numbers-intensive fields like accounting, fintech, or payments, where precision and auditability are non-negotiable.
- Demonstrates a builder's instinct, likely having founded a company or project, and maintains the technical depth to lead architectural discussions.
