Engineering Manager (1142030)

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a diverse engineering team including manufacturing, CNC programming, and NPI staff
• Oversee new product launches and optimize ongoing production performance
• Manage quoting activities and collaborate with customers on project feasibility
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving
• Implement process and technology enhancements to boost efficiency and quality
• Develop capital equipment plans aligned with growth targets
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA and quality standards
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Provide DFM input and lead root cause investigations for production issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in manufacturing, including leadership experience
• Strong background in CNC machining (milling/turning)
• Experience in medical device, aerospace, or precision metals environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams in complex, regulated settings
• Exposure to NPI, Lean initiatives, and cost/quoting analysis is a plus
