Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to align engineering projects with business objectives.
• Providing technical guidance and expertise to your team, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Ensuring all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives.
• Implementing and managing budgetary and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or additional certifications would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry.
• Proven experience in identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving team success.
• Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and apply new technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Pay

$150,000 - $225,000 per year
