Engineering Lead

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to enhance consumer experiences and revenue
• Communicate technical issues in a business-friendly manner
• Identify challenges and opportunities with Business and IT leadership
• Lead end-to-end design of WFM solutions using UKG ProWFM and Boomi integration
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements for application design
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for UKG WFM implementations
• Architect integration flows with enterprise systems

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience, with 3+ years in UKG ProWFM implementations
• Background in retail workforce management and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in AI technologies
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Expertise in cloud-based application design, preferably on GCP
