As a Lead Maintenance Technician

• Performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Installs and maintains appliances, electronics, and equipment.
• Learns and leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled.
• Performs preventative maintenance for all kitchen equipment according to standard.
• Maintains and monitors resort sprinkler systems to ensure accordance with company policy and local code.
• Inspects, repairs, and maintains HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.

What You Will Be Doing

Qualifications

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 75lbs without assistance.
