About the role
Citi Secure is seeking a skilled Senior IAM Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable IAM solutions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our market capabilities by collaborating with business teams on critical software projects related to application security. The successful candidate will be integral to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture to implementation and support, ensuring our IAM services are robust, compliant, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure using AWS services such as ECS, EKS, S3, and Lambda.
- Build and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Lightspeed.
- Develop infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or Helm charts to ensure repeatable and consistent environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Bash, Python, Ansible, or other languages.
- Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack, or Grafana to ensure system health and performance.
- Implement AWS security best practices, including VPCs, security groups, encryption, and monitoring for compliance and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to streamline application deployment, improve system reliability, and optimize system performance.
- Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize the performance of cloud-based services and applications.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AWS services.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools and practices (Harness, Jenkins, Lightspeed, GitHub, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm charts, or similar IaC tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, etc.) for automating cloud infrastructure and deployments.
- Experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or similar.
- Experience implementing security best practices on AWS, including IAM roles/policies, encryption, and network security.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
- Minimum 8 years relevant IT experience.
- 4 years minimum experience working in AWS cloud environment.

Pay
Full Time Salary Range: $125,760.00 - $188,640.00
