Responsibilities
- Measure/inspect components, assemblies, and tooling, using sensitive testing equipment
- Process development support: Follow directives by the R&D department to ensure internal product requirements are met
- Perform repetitive testing, with the ability to deduce when results are not in line with objectives
- Act as a medium to the R&D team, communicating results and challenges in real time
- Assemble and validate test assembly and automation equipment
- Aid with various test lab equipment capabilities
- Lab equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum Post-Secondary education with an associate’s degree in a technical field of study or 3+ years’ experience with technical design, manufacturing, or in a testing position
- Signal Integrity experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Methodical in approach
- Independent in data organization and scheduling of tasks
- Familiarity with SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
- Must possess above average Excel abilities to disseminate and convey data absolutes and variables
- Ability to read and interpret geometric drawings
- Self-motivated with mechanical aptitude and strong interpersonal communication skills
Physical Requirements
- Repeatable Processes: Fixturing and inspection of test samples requiring the use of microscopes, magnifying lenses, hand tools, and physical agility with the ability of lifting 50 lbs
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be a US Person (including US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or eligible to obtain required authorization(s) from the U.S. Government
