Engineering Lab Assistant/Inspector (Onsite)
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list required qualifications as list items, and preferred as list items maybe under a subheading? But we cannot add extra headings beyond the allowed ones (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We could put both required and preferred under Qualifications as list items, maybe differentiate with text. That's fine.
- Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; but we have soft skills mentioned under responsibilities. Could we create a Skills section? The posting mentions "Demonstrates successful soft skills - communication, attitude, leadership, and professionalism." Also soldering techniques, etc. Might be better to include under Responsibilities or Qualifications. Since we have a Skills section allowed, we could extract skills: soldering (lead and lead-free), cable assembly, reading prints/drawings/schematics, using hand tools/scopes/soldering stations, inspection and quality process, documentation, soft skills communication attitude leadership professionalism. But we need to ensure we don't invent. We can pull from responsibilities and qualifications. However, the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we skip Skills section and put those under Responsibilities or Qualifications. Since we already have Responsibilities covering tasks, and Qualifications covering education/experience and preferred courses. Soft skills could be under Responsibilities as we already have that bullet. So we may not need Skills.
- Benefits: The posting lists "What We Offer Some of our competitive benefits package includes:" then a long list: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; Three weeks of vacation for newly hired employees; Generous 401(k) plan that includes employer matching funds and separate employer retirement contribution, including a Lifetime Income Strategy option; Tuition reimbursement program; Student Loan Repayment Program; Life insurance and disability coverage; Optional coverages you can buy: pet insurance, home and auto insurance, additional life and accident insurance, critical illness insurance, group legal, ID theft protection; Birth, adoption, parental leave benefits; Adoption Assistance; Autism Benefit; Employee Assistance Plan, including up to 10 free counseling sessions; Healthy You Incentives, wellness rewards program; Doctor on Demand, virtual doctor visits; Bright Horizons, child and elder care services; Teladoc Medical Experts, second opinion program; And more!
We should include Benefits section with those as list items.
- Pay: The posting includes "The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD." That's specific pay info. So we need a Pay section with that.
- Schedule: Not mentioned besides "Onsite". No schedule details like full-time, shift, etc. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific content.
- Also we might include a short paragraph for metadata like date posted, location, citizenship requirement? The instruction says "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we could include a short
at top with date posted and location? But we already have About the role maybe includes location. The location is given: "Location: US-IA-CEDAR RAPIDS-106 ~ 400 Collins Rd NE ~ BLDG 106". Also "This is an onsite position based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa." So we can include location in About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Thus produce something like:

Pay
The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD.
We should not include Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included boilerplate. Check for any content we missed: The posting also mentions "Position Role Type: Onsite U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements:" we captured citizenship requirement. Also "Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not Required" - that's minor metadata; we could fold into a short p maybe under Requirements or About the role. But we can drop as it's not substantive? It says "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." So we could include a short p about security clearance not required. But we already have Requirements section about citizenship; we could add another sentence: "No security clearance is required for this role." That's minor but okay. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; is security clearance substantive? It's a requirement that none is required. Might be considered minor but still info. I'd include it in Requirements section as an additional sentence. Also "Position Role Type: Onsite" we could mention in About the role: "This is an onsite position". Already we have that. Also "Date Posted: 2026-09-25" - minor metadata; could fold into a short p at top maybe. But we can drop as not substantive? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; date posted maybe not substantive for job description but could be considered metadata. Safer to include a short p at top:
Date posted: September 25, 2026.
But they said fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. I'd include a short p at the very beginning before headings. Let's add:
Date posted: September 25, 2026. Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa (onsite).
But we already have location in About the role; duplication okay? Might be redundant but not harmful. However we should avoid duplication? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should not duplicate location if we already have it in About the role. So we could just include date posted only. Thus:Date posted: September
