Engineering Internship - Manufacturing Engineering - Fall 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
• Build foundational knowledge of gas turbine sub-assemblies, including measurements, technical drawings, and standards
• Support manufacturing floor operations by developing and testing improvement initiatives
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) projects
• Interpret technical reports and work instructions with accuracy
• Ensure proper documentation of quality processes and standards
• Absorb and apply advanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, drawings, programming language, etc.
• Interpret and create engineering drawings to support manufacturing needs

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering from an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as industry reports and technical journals
• Ability to make judgment decisions based on material specifications or technical requirements
• Advanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, drawings, programming language, etc.
