Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
- Build foundational knowledge of gas turbine sub-assemblies, including measurements, technical drawings, and standards
- Support manufacturing floor operations by developing and testing improvement initiatives
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) projects
- Interpret technical reports and work instructions with accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation of quality processes and standards
- Absorb and apply advanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, drawings, programming language, etc.
- Interpret and create engineering drawings to support manufacturing needs
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in engineering from an accredited college or university with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as industry reports and technical journals
- Ability to make judgment decisions based on material specifications or technical requirements
- Advanced personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, drawings, programming language, etc.
