On-siteEngineering$28/hrInternship
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes: Pay: $28.00 per hour. Schedule: Full time, on site. Also program start date, duration, location. Those could be in About the role or maybe separate sections? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (includes location, program start, duration, description). Responsibilities (What You Will Do). Requirements (What We Are Looking For). Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). Skills maybe not separate; could be included in Qualifications. Benefits: not mentioned. Pay: we have Pay section. Schedule: we have Schedule section. Also maybe include "Physical Requirements and Work Environment" could be part of Requirements? But we can keep as part of Requirements or separate? The instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content. Physical requirements is specific, could be a section but not in the list of allowed headings? The list includes those examples but not exclusive; we could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to given ones. Could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or Qualifications. Probably better to have a section "Requirements" covering basic qualifications and physical requirements. "Preferred Qualifications" separate. "Skills" maybe not needed. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, etc. Also remove application instructions, hiring process details? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove sections like "What to Expect After Applying", "About MacLean-Fogg", "Equal Employment Opportunity and Accommodations", "Be part of what's next". Also remove "Physical Requirements and Work Environment"? That's not boilerplate; it's specific to job. Might keep but could be part of Requirements. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like location, pay, program start, duration, schedule, description, responsibilities, what you will gain, what we are looking for, preferred qualifications, physical requirements. We need to format using

headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content is list vs prose. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. Could be

    • . Requirements: bullet list. Preferred qualifications: bullet list. Physical requirements: maybe bullet list. What you will gain: could be prose or list. Could be
      • . We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state Pay and Schedule, so we include those sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

        About the role

Location: Wickliffe, Ohio. Pay: $28.00 per hour. Program start: Tuesday, May 25, 2027, with limited flexibility for academic calendars. Duration: 10 weeks, with the possibility of extending up to 2 additional weeks based on business needs and intern availability. Schedule: Full time, on site.

As an Engineering Intern at OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, you will apply what you are learning in the classroom to real manufacturing challenges. You will work alongside engineers, operators, quality professionals, and maintenance teams to understand how products are made and help improve the products and processes behind them. You will take ownership of a meaningful engineering project with guidance from an experienced team. Depending on your assignment, you might investigate a quality issue, reduce scrap, improve a process, support automation, develop a design, or evaluate material performance. At the end of the program, you will present your project, results, and recommendations to facility leadership. One application connects you with the engineering internship opportunities available at this manufacturing facility. Tell us which areas interest you in the application. We will consider your interests, skills, and experience alongside available projects and business needs.

Maybe we could split description into About the role and Responsibilities. But we have a separate Responsibilities section for "What You Will Do". So About the role could contain location, pay, schedule, brief overview. Then Responsibilities for duties. Let's do:

        About the role

Location: Wickliffe, Ohio. Pay: $28.00 per hour. Program start: Tuesday, May 25, 2027, with limited flexibility for academic calendars. Duration: 10 weeks, with the possibility of extending up to 2 additional weeks based on business needs and intern availability. Schedule: Full time, on site.

As an Engineering Intern at OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, you will apply classroom learning to real manufacturing challenges, work with engineers and operators to understand production, and take ownership of a meaningful project guided by an experienced team.

        Responsibilities

        • Learn the facility's safety practices and follow required procedures while working in office and manufacturing areas.
        • Work with experienced team members to understand a problem, define a project, and develop practical solutions.
        • Collect and analyze engineering or production data to identify opportunities and measure results.
        • Use tools and methods relevant to your assignment, which may include CAD, testing equipment, data analysis, root cause analysis, or lean manufacturing techniques.
        • Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, or product performance.
        • Document your work, communicate progress, and incorporate feedback from your team.
        • Present your capstone project, findings, and recommendations to facility leadership.

        What You Will Gain

        • Hands-on experience applying engineering concepts in a manufacturing environment.
        • Guidance and feedback from experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals.
        • Practice managing a project, solving problems with data, and collaborating across functions.
        • Experience explaining technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
        • A clearer understanding of engineering career paths and the work you enjoy.

        Requirements

        • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a closely related field (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, materials engineering).
        • Interest in applying engineering skills to manufacturing challenges.
        • Willingness to work with data, learn new tools, and ask questions.
        • Collaborative approach and respect for the experience of the people who operate and support production equipment.
        • Ability to organize your work, communicate progress, and take ownership of a project with guidance.
        • Availability to work full time and on site at this manufacturing facility for the full 10‑week program (limited start‑date flexibility may be available for academic calendars).
        • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future (MacLean‑Fogg does not offer employment visa sponsorship for this position).
        • Students at all college class levels are welcome to apply; previous internship experience is not required.
Maybe also include physical requirements as part of Requirements or separate section. Since we have a section for Requirements, we can add physical requirements there. Add:
      • Physical requirements: ability to sit at a workstation and use a computer for extended periods; move throughout manufacturing areas; occasionally lift and carry tools, samples, or parts up to 30 pounds; occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, and reach; review drawings, gauges, measurement equipment; wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear); work in office and manufacturing environments where noise, temperature variation, and airborne particulates may be present.
      • That is a long bullet but okay.

        Pay

        $28.00 per hour

        Schedule

        Full time, on site

We should not include Benefits section as not mentioned. Check that we didn't repeat job title. No extra boilerplate. We removed "What to Expect After Applying", "About MacLean-Fogg", EEO, etc. We kept all substantive info: location, pay, program start, duration, schedule, description, responsibilities, what you will gain, requirements, preferred qualifications, physical requirements, pay, schedule. Make sure we didn't miss any: "Engineering Areas You Could Explore Assignments Vary By Manufacturing Facility And May Include ..." That's substantive; we omitted that! We need to include that info. It's a list of engineering areas. Should be included somewhere, maybe under About the role or a separate section like "Engineering Areas". But we only allowed headings from list; but we could add a section like "Engineering Areas" as an

if we have real content. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed. Better to include that info. Could add a section "Engineering Areas" with list. Thus add:

        Engineering Areas

        • Manufacturing and Process Engineering: Improve production methods, equipment layouts, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
        • Quality Engineering: Analyze defects, investigate root causes, support measurement and testing, and help improve product and process quality.
        • Continuous Improvement and Lean: Study workflows, reduce waste, and help teams improve productivity through methods such as 5S, standard work, and process mapping.
        • Automation and Controls: Support projects involving automated equipment, sensors, robotics, or process controls.
        • Product and Design Engineering: Support product development, CAD modeling, design improvements, prototyping, or testing.
        • Materials Engineering and Metallurgy: Evaluate material properties, investigate material‑related issues, and support testing or improvements to material processing.

Not every area is available at every location. Your internship will focus on an assigned project or area; experience in all six areas is not expected.

We need to preserve that. Also we have "Build Something That Matters This Summer" heading? That's like a tagline; we could incorporate into About the role prose. We must not repeat job title as heading; we didn't. Now check for any duplicated lines removed: we removed boilerplate. Now ensure we didn't include any "Pay: $28.00 per hour" duplicated; we have Pay section and also About the role includes pay. That's duplication but we need to preserve all substantive info; maybe we should not duplicate. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent
