At the start of the internship, participants are run through a lecture series by GBA’s subject matter experts and trained on essential building design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) with the goal of integrating interns into active projects. A mentor is assigned to each intern to provide support and guidance throughout the internship. Interns will be exposed to the full range of services, career paths, and project types within GBA’s portfolio and sometimes beyond.
