Responsibilities

• Aid in designing and troubleshooting electronic circuits, electrical control cabinets, and integrated PLC/CNC systems.
• Maintain machine software, machine backups, and perform maintenance electrical PM routines.
• Analyze operational problems and develop modifications to improve efficiency.
• Train in installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
• Update documentation for maintenance procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction projects.
• Participate or lead problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a four-year engineering program.
• Within one to two years of graduating.
• Willingness to work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, PLC/HMI programming software, and software development languages like C++, Visual Studio, Basic, etc.
• Capable of reaching and working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machine prints.
• Hands-on experience with engines and machining is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and take initiative.
• Consistently demonstrates critical and innovative thinking skills.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Able to collaborate and work effectively with others.
