Engineering Intern Co-op

About the role

We’re seeking a highly motivated engineering student for an internship or cooperative educational (Co-op) position in our Beavercreek, OH office. Multiple rotations are anticipated that will consist of increasingly challenging internal R&D and contract technical projects. The internship will begin in May 2025 and conclude in August 2025.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine learning-based computer vision R&D under the guidance of a principal engineer.
• Work alongside another intern or Co-op on a project involving:
  • Synthetic overhead imagery generation
  • Moving object tracking & classification
  • Image segmentation

Requirements

• Student with a focus on computer science/engineering, data science, electrical engineering, atmospheric science, or image science.
• GPA of at least 2.8 on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a US government security clearance (US citizenship required).
