Engineering Co-op/Intern

About the role

This internship offers opportunities across various engineering departments, focusing on manufacturing, quality testing, facilities, tooling, research, and materials support. The role may be located in multiple U.S. locations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing activities, including equipment, process, and quality enhancements, and assist with tooling installation and process improvements.
• Participate in vehicle testing, data analysis, and root cause investigations to improve product quality.
• Assist in updating CAD drawings, designing equipment, and supporting infrastructure modifications.
• Contribute to product development by supporting design, testing, and feasibility analysis.
• Support supplier assessments, problem investigations, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Conduct materials testing, metallurgical analysis, and failure investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in meetings and project activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Major in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Class status of sophomore or above, enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program.
• Strong communication, analytical, and technical skills, with ability to work independently and in teams.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Pay ranges from $27.22 to $35.22 per hour, with paid overtime.
