Engineering Intern

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" (company description) and "Position Summary". We need to use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
We have "Who We Are" - could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is about the position, not company. But we can treat "Who We Are" as maybe not needed. The instruction: Use headings for those specific headings only if there is real content. We can include "About the role" with position summary. "Responsibilities" could be from internship highlights (hands-on learning, real-world project involvement, mentorship opportunities). "Requirements" includes Education & Credentials. "Skills" includes Skills & Qualities. "Qualifications" maybe combine? Actually we have both Requirements and Qualifications; we can put education under Requirements, skills under Skills, maybe Qualifications left empty -> we should not include if no content. Benefits: we have compensation & benefits: $22 to $25 per hour, mention travel, driver's license, drug test. That's compensation and benefits. Pay: we have pay range. Schedule: not specified. So we should not include Schedule heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "Job Posted by ApplicantPro". Also remove "Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing is required." maybe keep as part of requirements? It's a requirement but could be included under Requirements or maybe under Benefits? It's a condition. We'll keep it under Requirements maybe as a bullet.
We must preserve all substantive information. So include company description maybe under "About the role"? Actually "About the role" could contain position summary and who we are? The instruction: Use

We need to avoid duplication.
Let's extract content:
Who We Are: WWC Engineering is a multi-disciplinary, employee-owned professional firm. We specialize in Civil/Site, Environmental, Land Development, Mining, Municipal, NEPA, Oil & Gas, Planning, Roads/Bridges, Surveying, Water/Wastewater and Water Resources services. WWC has approximately 140 employees in 6 branch offices, including over 40 licensed professional engineers. At our core, we are a service-driven team that values service, quality, and integrity, whether supporting our clients or collaborating with each other.
Position Summary: WWC Engineering is seeking motivated Civil and Environmental Engineering students to join our Summer 2027 Internship Program. As an Engineering Intern, you will collaborate with engineers, surveyors, geologists, and technical staff on meaningful projects that support communities across our service regions. This internship provides hands-on experience in engineering design, construction inspection, environmental assessment, surveying, research, regulatory compliance, and technical writing. You will gain exposure to real-world projects and develop skills that will prepare you for your professional career.
Internship highlights (we can treat as Responsibilities):
- Hands-On Learning: Assist engineering, surveying, and other staff members with day-to-day project work. Perform preliminary designs and calculations under the guidance of a Project Manager. Learn Autodesk Civil3D and other design software applications. Research and summarize design concepts, regulations, and technical information. Collect and document field data, including construction inspections, surveying, soil and water sampling, and site photos. Contribute to technical reports and regulatory permit applications. Support compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
- Real-World Project Involvement: Work in a collaborative, supportive team environment. Real-world project experience with mentorship from licensed professionals. Opportunities to contribute to meaningful civil and environmental projects. Exposure to both office and field work.
- Mentorship Opportunities: Receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced professionals who will guide you through project challenges and career development.
- Cross-Disciplinary Exposure: Collaborate with teams across civil design, environmental, surveying, and construction disciplines, giving you a broader perspective on how these fields intersect.
- Company Culture & Employee Ownership: Experience working in a 100% employee-owned company, where collaboration, ownership, and teamwork are highly valued.
Requirements:
Education & Credentials: Current student enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Surveying, Computer-Aided Drafting, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
Skills & Qualities: Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing project needs. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and enthusiasm for teamwork. General understanding of engineering and/or surveying concepts.
Physical & Travel Requirements: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee is required to talk and to hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The work environment is an office setting, but intermittent field work is expected. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate, while noise on construction sites may be high and require the use of hearing protection. Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing is required.
Also: This offer is also contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. (duplicate)
Also: This position will involve some travel (using WWC vehicles) and thus this offer is made on the condition that you have a valid driver's license and that you are able to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance.
Also: Please note that this is an offer of at-will employment and does not constitute an employment contract between us. (maybe legal boilerplate, could drop? It's not EEO but it's a legal statement; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? It's about employment terms; but instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is legal boilerplate about at-will employment; likely drop.
Compensation & Benefits:
$22 to $25 per hour anticipated hiring range may vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications. The pay range listed for this position is based on the anticipated base compensation at the time of the posting. This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience with one of the most progressive engineering firms in the Rocky Mountain Region. WWC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. (EEO drop)
Also: This position will involve some travel (using WWC vehicles) and thus this offer is made on the condition that you have a valid driver's license and that you are able to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance. (already in requirements)
Also: This offer is also contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug & alcohol test. (duplicate)
Also: Please note that this is an offer of at-will employment... (drop)
We need to separate Pay and Benefits. Pay: $22 to $25 per hour. Benefits: maybe mention employee-owned company, mentorship, cross-disciplinary exposure, company culture, travel, driver's license coverage? Actually those are more like responsibilities/benefits. But we can put benefits as: employee-owned company culture, mentorship opportunities, cross-disciplinary exposure, opportunity to gain valuable experience, travel using WWC vehicles, driver's license coverage. However we already have those under Responsibilities. Might be okay to duplicate? But we should not invent; we can keep them under Responsibilities only. Benefits section could be empty; we should not create Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting does mention compensation and benefits together but not separate benefits. It mentions pay range and then says "This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience...". That's more like a benefit. But we can treat that as Benefits. However we need to avoid filler like "valuable experience" is substantive. So we can include Benefits: opportunity to gain valuable experience with one of the most progressive engineering firms in the Rocky Mountain Region. Also employee-owned company culture? That's under Responsibilities. Might be okay to include in Benefits as well but risk duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. But we should avoid unnecessary duplication? Not prohibited. However we should aim for a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Benefits and Pay into one section? But we need separate headings only if content exists. We could have Pay section with pay range, and Benefits section with the opportunity statement and employee-owned culture etc. Let's see.
We have also "Company Culture & Employee Ownership" under Internship highlights; that is a benefit. So we can put that under Benefits.
