Location(s) Available: Corporate Office, Toledo Flour Mill, Martel Bakery.

Responsibilities

• Supporting capital projects from concept development through installation, commissioning, and project closeout.
• Collecting and analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Creating and updating equipment layouts, process flow diagrams, scopes of work, schedules, and other project documentation.
• Collaborating with engineers, maintenance teams, contractors, vendors, and plant personnel to execute projects successfully.
• Participating in equipment inspections, field measurements, installation oversight, and start-up activities.
• Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field
