Who you are
Trilogy is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Engineering Interns with backgrounds in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical fields to join our growing team. This internship is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience in software development, machine learning & artificial intelligence, and DevOps engineering. You won’t just be shadowing — you’ll help build real, public-facing applications and develop features that customers use every day. It’s an opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers, strengthen your technical toolkit, and see your work come to life in production environments.
What you will do
- Full-Stack Development: Build and enhance modern web applications using Node.js and Angular
- Participate in collaborative code reviews and testing cycles
- Contribute new features and improvements to live customer-facing products
- Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence: Develop and train machine learning models using real datasets
- Analyze data and uncover insights that drive smarter product decisions
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing platforms
- DevOps Engineering: Assist in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases
- Support cloud infrastructure setup, deployment, and maintenance
- Monitor application performance and reliability to ensure smooth user experiences
What you bring
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong understanding of device management and configuration.
- Knowledge of corporate security practices and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra Suite of tools and Microsoft Licensing
- Ci/CD Pipeline experience with Jenkins or GitLab
- Experience working in an Agile Software Development environment
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Location
Hybrid - Primarily Remote with one week onsite visits to our office in Bridgeport, WV (with potential travel to Morgantown, WV)
Duration
12 weeks (May 26th – Aug 14th in 2026)
