Engineering Intern

About the role

Radeus Labs is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our growing engineering team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real-world engineering projects supporting rugged computing and communications systems for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers with design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical projects
• Assist with hands-on assembly, testing, evaluation, and problem-solving
• Learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, software, and processes
• Help identify issues and contribute ideas for practical solutions and process improvements
• Document work, results, and technical information clearly
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
• Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and learning from mistakes
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professional attitude and a hands-on approach to learning

Skills

• Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software
• Familiarity with electronics testing, soldering, or basic circuitry (for electrical roles)
• Exposure to documentation standards or version control tools
• Coursework or projects in systems design, manufacturing, or process improvement

Pay

$16.90/hour
