Key Responsibilities

  • Aid engineering team members with design, documentation, and project coordination tasks.
  • Support development and maintenance of engineering documentation, BOMs, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in design reviews, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project teams.
  • Conduct research and compile data to inform engineering decisions.
  • Develop and maintain ND Defense Sales Sheets.
  • Analyze combination usage data to identify and recommend standard offering configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales stakeholders to ensure sales content reflects current capabilities and technical accuracy.
  • Afford support in tracking and organizing customer-facing materials within HubSpot.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings; document action items and follow-ups as assigned.
  • Maintain organized records and project files in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or Senior Year Student of a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in defense, manufacturing, or government contracting industries preferred.
