Key Responsibilities
- Aid engineering team members with design, documentation, and project coordination tasks.
- Support development and maintenance of engineering documentation, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Participate in design reviews, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project teams.
- Conduct research and compile data to inform engineering decisions.
- Develop and maintain ND Defense Sales Sheets.
- Analyze combination usage data to identify and recommend standard offering configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales stakeholders to ensure sales content reflects current capabilities and technical accuracy.
- Afford support in tracking and organizing customer-facing materials within HubSpot.
- Attend and contribute to team meetings; document action items and follow-ups as assigned.
- Maintain organized records and project files in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or Senior Year Student of a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical content for non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in defense, manufacturing, or government contracting industries preferred.
