We are Alaka’i Technologies, a startup dedicated to enabling hydrogen air mobility as a sustainable solution for clean travel and logistics networks. Our team includes experienced professionals with backgrounds in designing and prototyping multiple aircraft and powerplants.
About the role
We are seeking a talented engineering intern who excels in working in flexible, innovative environments. The ideal candidate will help us take new concepts from whiteboards through the prototyping and deployment stages. This position is available for the 2026 Fall Semester.
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Aerospace, or a related Engineering field
- Junior or higher standing
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in renewable energy and aviation technology
Skills
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
